Weight Loss Trainer in Northern, CA

My story began shortly after it nearly ended…

On March 2, 1969, I died. But to paraphrase Eric Idle, I got better! I was later told that I was lucky to have survived and that it was for only one reason—my incredible level of physical strength and fitness. They had a protocol for what happened to me—anaphylaxis resulting from a mismatched transfusion—but I was the only person who had ever survived it. Since that day, I have not taken my health and fitness for granted, and I don’t take yours for granted either. The path I’ll set down for you will not be difficult to understand nor will it be difficult to follow through, because the results will be fast, and dramatic and YOU will be awesome.

I’ve had multiple careers, including factory work, musician, teacher, accounting, management, controller, IT, author, COO, Realtor and finally… personal trainer for the past 20 years. I think I may have found something that can hold my attention!

What People Are Saying

I feel privileged to have worked alongside Dennis and consider him to be one of the best trainers I have known (and I have pretty high standards). The things I learned from him have allowed me to become more effective in training my own clients.”

— Jeff S.

I no longer belong to [club] because I've moved, but I have yet to find a trainer as dedicated, professional, and fun as Dennis. I remain fit and strong today due to his training.

— Maureen R.

Dennis, with wit in tact, is a great trainer who seeks to understand the origin of the problem and not simply the quick fix.

— Tiffany H.

…recently out of college as a D1 Athlete, Dennis's workouts left me exhausted but feeling better and stronger each time. He has a good background in Sports as well, being able to speak fluently on Triathlon, Swimming, Running, Mixed Martial Arts or Cycling, not to mention anything else you might need.
